We offer fast and reliable shipping within 2-3 business days of order placement. Delivery times may vary depending on your location, but rest assured, we aim to get your order to you as quickly as possible.

Please note: Any applicable duties or taxes are the responsibility of the buyer and will be calculated based on your country's regulations and payable at the time of delivery.

Returns

We hope you love your kaftan, but if for any reason you’re not satisfied, we’ve made our return process simple:

You are eligible for a full refund minus the cost of return shipping on items returned within 14 days of delivery.

Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging with tags attached.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

How to Initiate a Return:

To request a return, please contact our customer service team at hey@irisatelier.se. 
Once your return request is approved, we will provide instructions on where to send the item(s).
Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days of receiving the return depending on your bank.
